GHK-Cu: published research and evidence
GHK-Cu is a copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. Published research explores its interactions with cellular signalling, extracellular matrix components, oxidative stress and tissue-repair processes. The references below provide scientific background, not evidence that this particular Noventra product delivers clinical benefits.
1. Tissue repair and gene-expression research
Pickart L, Margolina A. (2018). Regenerative and Protective Actions of the GHK-Cu Peptide in the Light of the New Gene Data. International Journal of Molecular Sciences, 19(7), 1987.
Study type: Review. The authors discuss research on collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, dermal fibroblast activity and gene-expression pathways associated with repair. This provides a broad overview of proposed biological mechanisms. It is not a controlled clinical trial of Noventra Pharma GHK-Cu 50 mg and cannot establish product-specific outcomes.

2. Topical application and formulation limitations
Mortazavi SM, Mohammadi Vadoud SA, Moghimi HR. (2025). Topically applied GHK as an anti-wrinkle peptide: Advantages, problems and prospective.
Study type: Review. This paper examines GHK and its derivatives, including GHK-Cu, in relation to skin permeability and topical formulation. It highlights limited published clinical evidence, alongside challenges involving stability and delivery through the skin. Findings from cells or specially developed cosmetic formulations should not be assumed to apply to an unformulated peptide product.

3. Measuring GHK-Cu in liposomal formulations
Zajda J, Wadych E, Ogórek K, Drozd M, Matczuk M. (2024). Novel Applications of CE-ICP-MS/MS: Monitoring of Antiaging GHK-Cu Cosmetic Component Encapsulation in Liposomes.
Study type: Laboratory analytical and formulation study. Researchers used capillary electrophoresis coupled with inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry to monitor copper and phosphorus and assess GHK-Cu encapsulation in liposomes. The work concerns formulation analysis, not proof of anti-ageing effects in people. It does not show that this product is liposomal or has the same delivery characteristics.

4. Oxidative stress and inflammatory pathways
Bian Y et al. (2024). The glycyl-l-histidyl-l-lysine-Cu2+ tripeptide complex attenuates lung inflammation and fibrosis in silicosis by targeting peroxiredoxin 6.
Study type: Preclinical research using a mouse model of silicosis and a macrophage cell line. The authors reported reduced inflammatory and fibrotic changes and investigated interaction with peroxiredoxin 6, a protein involved in oxidative-stress responses. These results are specific to experimental models. They do not establish an effective or safe treatment for human lung disease.

How to interpret this evidence
Reviews summarise existing literature, cell studies investigate mechanisms, and animal studies explore effects in experimental models. None should be treated as equivalent to a well-controlled human trial of the finished product. Formulation, purity, stability and delivery method can affect how findings translate between studies and products.
These publications do not verify the identity, purity, sterility or batch quality of Noventra Pharma GHK-Cu 50 mg, and do not establish its approval or suitability for human use. Consult batch-specific manufacturer documentation for product specifications. This section is scientific background, not dosing, injection, reconstitution or treatment guidance.
